14 and that most of the brethren in the Lord, [a]being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear. 15 Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: 16 [b]the one do it of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the [c]gospel;

New International Version
14 And because of my chains,(A) most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear.(B)
15 It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. 16 The latter do so out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel.(C)
