Numbers 9:11-13

11 In the second month on the (A)fourteenth day at twilight, they shall observe it; they (B)shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs. 12 They (C)shall leave none of it until morning (D)nor break a bone of it; according to all the statute of the Passover they shall celebrate it. 13 (E)But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, and yet [a]neglects to celebrate the Passover, that [b]person shall then be cut off from his people, for he did not bring near the offering of Yahweh at its appointed time. That man (F)will bear his sin.

New International Version
11 but they are to do it on the fourteenth day of the second month(A) at twilight. They are to eat the lamb, together with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.(B) 12 They must not leave any of it till morning(C) or break any of its bones.(D) When they celebrate the Passover, they must follow all the regulations.(E) 13 But if anyone who is ceremonially clean and not on a journey fails to celebrate the Passover, they must be cut off from their people(F) for not presenting the Lord’s offering at the appointed time. They will bear the consequences of their sin.
