9 But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none, because the service of the sanctuary belonged unto them; they bare it upon their shoulders. 10 And the princes offered [a]for the dedication of the altar in the day that it was anointed, even the princes offered their oblation before the altar. 11 And Jehovah said unto Moses, They shall offer their oblation, each prince on his day, for the dedication of the altar.

9 But Moses did not give any to the Kohathites,(A) because they were to carry on their shoulders(B) the holy things, for which they were responsible.
10 When the altar was anointed,(C) the leaders brought their offerings for its dedication(D) and presented them before the altar. 11 For the Lord had said to Moses, “Each day one leader is to bring his offering for the dedication of the altar.”
