29 These rules apply to you and your descendants wherever you may live.
30 (A)“Those accused of murder may be found guilty and put to death only on the evidence of two or more witnesses; the evidence of one witness is not sufficient to support an accusation of murder. 31 Murderers must be put to death. They cannot escape this penalty by the payment of money.

29 “‘This is to have the force of law(A) for you throughout the generations to come,(B) wherever you live.(C)
30 “‘Anyone who kills a person is to be put to death as a murderer only on the testimony of witnesses. But no one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.(D)
31 “‘Do not accept a ransom(E) for the life of a murderer, who deserves to die. They are to be put to death.
