7 They set out from Etham, and turned back to Pi-hahiroth, which faces Baal-zephon; and they camped before Migdol. 8 They set out from Pi-hahiroth, passed through the sea into the wilderness, went a three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and camped at Marah. 9 They set out from Marah and came to Elim; at Elim there were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees, and they camped there.

7 They left Etham, turned back to Pi Hahiroth, to the east of Baal Zephon,(A) and camped near Migdol.(B)
8 They left Pi Hahiroth[a](C) and passed through the sea(D) into the desert, and when they had traveled for three days in the Desert of Etham, they camped at Marah.(E)
9 They left Marah and went to Elim, where there were twelve springs and seventy palm trees, and they camped(F) there.
