Numbers 3:47-49

47 Using the official measure, collect five shekels[a] of silver for each of the 273 people. (The shekel by the official measure weighs 20 gerahs.[b]) Collect that silver from the Israelites. 48 Give the silver to Aaron and his sons as payment for the 273 Israelites.’”
49 There were not enough Levites to take the place of all the men from the other family groups, so Moses gathered the money for them.

New International Version
47 collect five shekels[a](A) for each one, according to the sanctuary shekel,(B) which weighs twenty gerahs.(C) 48 Give the money for the redemption(D) of the additional Israelites to Aaron and his sons.”(E)
49 So Moses collected the redemption money(F) from those who exceeded the number redeemed by the Levites.
