29 The families of the sons of Kohath shall encamp on the south side of the tabernacle. 30 The prince of the fathers’ house of the families of the Kohathites shall be Elizaphan the son of Uzziel. 31 Their duty shall be the ark, the table, the lamp stand, the altars, the vessels of the sanctuary with which they minister, the screen, and all its service.

29 The Kohathite clans were to camp on the south side(A) of the tabernacle. 30 The leader of the families of the Kohathite clans was Elizaphan(B) son of Uzziel. 31 They were responsible for the care of the ark,(C) the table,(D) the lampstand,(E) the altars,(F) the articles(G) of the sanctuary used in ministering, the curtain,(H) and everything related to their use.(I)
