Numbers 29:11-13

11 An he goat for a sin offering, (beside the sin offering to make the atonement, and the continual [a]burnt offering and the meat offering thereof) and their drink offerings.
12 ¶ And in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, ye shall have an holy [b]convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein, but ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord seven days.
13 And ye shall offer a burnt offering for a sacrifice made by fire of sweet savor unto the Lord, thirteen young bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of a year old: they shall be without blemish.

Celebrate a festival to the Lord for seven days. 13 Present as an aroma pleasing to the Lord(G) a food offering consisting of a burnt offering of thirteen young bulls, two rams and fourteen male lambs a year old, all without defect.(H)
