13 and two quarts of fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering for every lamb—as a burnt offering with a pleasing aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord. 14 Their drink offerings will be two quarts[a] of wine for a bull, a quart and a half[b] for a ram, and one quart for a lamb. This is the monthly burnt offering for each month of the year. 15 One male goat is to be presented as a sin offering to the Lord in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.

13 and with each lamb, a grain offering(A) of a tenth(B) of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering,(C) a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.(D) 14 With each bull there is to be a drink offering(E) of half a hin[a] of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin[b]; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon(F) during the year. 15 Besides the regular burnt offering(G) with its drink offering, one male goat(H) is to be presented to the Lord as a sin offering.[c](I)
