13 and two quarts of fine flour mixed with olive oil as a grain offering for each lamb. This will be the burnt offering giving a fragrant aroma, an offering made by fire for Adonai. 14 Their drink offerings will be two quarts of wine for a bull, one-and-one-third quarts for the ram, and one quart for each lamb. This is the burnt offering for every Rosh-Hodesh throughout the months of the year. 15 Also a male goat is to be offered as a sin offering to Adonai, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.

13 and with each lamb, a grain offering(A) of a tenth(B) of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering,(C) a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.(D) 14 With each bull there is to be a drink offering(E) of half a hin[a] of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin[b]; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon(F) during the year. 15 Besides the regular burnt offering(G) with its drink offering, one male goat(H) is to be presented to the Lord as a sin offering.[c](I)
