¹⁹ God is not a man, that he might lie,
or a son of man, that he might change his mind.^(A)
Does he speak and not act,
or promise and not fulfill?^(B)

¹⁴ I, the Lord, have spoken.
It is coming, and I will do it!^(A)
I will not refrain, I will not show pity,
and I will not relent.
