14 This is how it’s described in the Book of the Wars of Yahweh:
“. . . Waheb in Suphah and the valleys,
15 Arnon and the slopes of the valleys
that go down to the site of Ar
and lie along the border of Moab. . . .”
16 From there they went to Beer [Well]. This is the well where Yahweh said to Moses, “Gather the people, and I will give them water.”

14 That is why the Book of the Wars(A) of the Lord says:
“. . . Zahab[a] in Suphah and the ravines,
the Arnon 15 and[b] the slopes of the ravines
that lead to the settlement of Ar(B)
and lie along the border of Moab.”
16 From there they continued on to Beer,(C) the well where the Lord said to Moses, “Gather the people together and I will give them water.”
