9 then shall be brought with the bull a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah[a] of flour mixed with one-half a hin[b] of oil. 10 You will bring as a drink offering one-half a hin of wine, as a fire offering, as a pleasing aroma to the Lord. 11 Thus it will be done for one herd animal, or for one ram, or for a flock animal, whether from the sheep or from the goats.

9 bring with the bull a grain offering(A) of three-tenths of an ephah[a](B) of the finest flour mixed with half a hin[b] of olive oil, 10 and also bring half a hin of wine(C) as a drink offering.(D) This will be a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(E) 11 Each bull or ram, each lamb or young goat, is to be prepared in this manner.
