Numbers 14:35-37

35 For as I have spoken, so will I do to all this wicked multitude, that hath risen up together against me: in this wilderness shall it faint away and die.
36 Therefore all the men, whom Moses had sent to view the land, and who at their return had made the whole multitude to murmur against him, speaking ill of the land that it was naught,
37 Died and were struck in the sight of the Lord.

New International Version
35 I, the Lord, have spoken, and I will surely do these things(A) to this whole wicked community, which has banded together against me. They will meet their end in this wilderness; here they will die.(B)”
36 So the men Moses had sent(C) to explore the land, who returned and made the whole community grumble(D) against him by spreading a bad report(E) about it— 37 these men who were responsible for spreading the bad report(F) about the land were struck down and died of a plague(G) before the Lord.

35 I the Lord have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
36 And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
37 Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the Lord.
