3 Why did the Lord bring us into this land so that we fall by the sword? Our wives and our children will be taken as plunder! Would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?” 4 They said to one another, “Let us choose a leader who will take us back to Egypt.”
5 Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before the whole assembly of the people of Israel gathered there.

3 Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword?(A) Our wives and children(B) will be taken as plunder.(C) Wouldn’t it be better for us to go back to Egypt?(D)” 4 And they said to each other, “We should choose a leader and go back to Egypt.(E)”
5 Then Moses and Aaron fell facedown(F) in front of the whole Israelite assembly(G) gathered there.
