Numbers 14:3-5

3 Why did Yahweh bring us into this land to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little children will become plunder; would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?” 4 They said to each other,[a] “Let us appoint a leader, and we will return to Egypt.”
5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before[b] the assembly of the community of the Israelites.[c]

3 Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword?(A) Our wives and children(B) will be taken as plunder.(C) Wouldn’t it be better for us to go back to Egypt?(D)” 4 And they said to each other, “We should choose a leader and go back to Egypt.(E)”
5 Then Moses and Aaron fell facedown(F) in front of the whole Israelite assembly(G) gathered there.
