28 Of the sons of Issachar: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:
29 those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty-four thousand four hundred.

28 From the descendants of Issachar:(A)
All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families. 29 The number from the tribe of Issachar(B) was 54,400.(C)

All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.
