103 Me kra kamfo Awurade! Na me mu ade nyinaa nkamfo ne din kronkron no. 2 Me kra kamfo Awurade, na mma me werɛ mmfi ne nneyɛe pa nyinaa.
3 Ɔno na ɔde me mfomso nyinaa firi me, na ɔsa me nyarewa nyinaa. 4 Ogye me nkwa fi damoa mu na ɔde adɔe ne mmɔborɔhunu bɔ me abotiri. 5 Ɔma me m’asetena mu nnepa na matena ase frɔmm ne ahoɔden so sɛ ɔkɔre. 6 Awurade bu wɔn a wɔhyɛ wɔn so bem na ɔma wɔn wɔn kyɛfa. 7 Ɔkyerɛɛ Mose ne nhyehyɛe, na ɔmaa Israelfo huu nneɛma akɛse a wayɛ.
8 Mmɔborɔhunufo ne ɔdomfo ne Awurade, ne bo kyɛ fuw na n’adɔe dɔɔso. 9 Ɔrenkɔ so nka anim na ne bo mfuw daa nyinaa. 10 Ontua yɛn ka sɛnea ɛfata yɛn, anaasɛ ontua yɛn bɔne ne yɛn mfomso so ka. 11 Na sɛ ɔsoro ware sen asase no, sɛ n’adɔe so wɔn a wosuro no so ne no. 12 Sɛ apuei ne atɔe ntam ware no, sɛ wama yɛn ne yɛn mmarato ntam aware ne no. 13 Sɛ agya yam hyehye no ne mma ho no, sɛ Awurade yam yɛ no wɔ wɔn a wodi no ni ho ne no. 14 Onim nea wɔde yɛɛ yɛn; ɔkae sɛ yɛyɛ mfutuma. 15 Ɔdasani de, ne nna te sɛ sare, ɔyɛ frɔmm sɛ wuram nhwiren. 16 Sɛ mframa bɔ fa ne so a, na onni hɔ, na ne sibere nnim no bio.

Of David.
1 Praise the Lord,(A) my soul;(B)
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.(C)
2 Praise the Lord,(D) my soul,
and forget not(E) all his benefits—
3 who forgives all your sins(F)
and heals(G) all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life(H) from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,(I)
5 who satisfies(J) your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed(K) like the eagle’s.(L)
7 He made known(O) his ways(P) to Moses,
his deeds(Q) to the people of Israel:
8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious,(R)
slow to anger, abounding in love.
9 He will not always accuse,
nor will he harbor his anger forever;(S)
10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve(T)
or repay us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his love(U) for those who fear him;(V)
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions(W) from us.
13 As a father has compassion(X) on his children,
so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him;
14 for he knows how we are formed,(Y)
he remembers that we are dust.(Z)
15 The life of mortals is like grass,(AA)
they flourish like a flower(AB) of the field;
16 the wind blows(AC) over it and it is gone,
and its place(AD) remembers it no more.
17 But from everlasting to everlasting
the Lord’s love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children’s children(AE)—
18 with those who keep his covenant(AF)
and remember(AG) to obey his precepts.(AH)
20 Praise the Lord,(AK) you his angels,(AL)
you mighty ones(AM) who do his bidding,(AN)
who obey his word.
21 Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts,(AO)
you his servants(AP) who do his will.
22 Praise the Lord, all his works(AQ)
everywhere in his dominion.

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
19 The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21 Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.
