⁶ You,^[a] Lord, are the only God.^[b](A)
You created the heavens,
the highest heavens with all their stars,
the earth and all that is on it,
the seas and all that is in them.
You give life to all of them,^(B)
and all the stars of heaven worship you.^(C)

⁷ everyone who bears my name
and is created for my glory.
I have formed them; indeed, I have made them.”

¹² He made the earth by his power,
established the world^(A) by his wisdom,^(B)
and spread out the heavens by his understanding.^(C)
13 When he thunders,^[a]
the waters in the heavens are in turmoil,^(D)
and he causes the clouds to rise
from the ends of the earth.
He makes lightning for the rain
and brings the wind from his storehouses.^(E)

¹³ He is here:
the one who forms the mountains,^(A)
creates the wind,^(B)
and reveals his thoughts to man,^(C)
the one who makes the dawn out of darkness
and strides on the heights of the earth.^(D)
The Lord, the God of Armies, is his name.^(E)

¹⁶ For everything was created by him,^(A)
in heaven and on earth,
the visible and the invisible,
whether thrones or dominions
or rulers or authorities—
all things have been created through him and for him.^(B)

¹¹ Our Lord and God,^[a]
you are worthy^(A) to receive
glory and honor and power,^(B)
because you have created all things,^(C)
and by your will
they exist and were created.
