26 and the servants of the house of worship living in Ophel did the needed work as far as the front of the Water Gate on the east and the tall tower. 27 After him the Tekoites did the needed work on another part in front of the tall tower and as far as the wall of Ophel.
28 The religious leaders did the needed work above the Horse Gate. Each one worked in front of his house.

26 and the temple servants(A) living on the hill of Ophel(B) made repairs up to a point opposite the Water Gate(C) toward the east and the projecting tower. 27 Next to them, the men of Tekoa(D) repaired another section, from the great projecting tower(E) to the wall of Ophel.
28 Above the Horse Gate,(F) the priests made repairs, each in front of his own house.
