16 After him Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, leader of half the district of Beth Zur, made repairs as far as the place in front of the [a]tombs of David, to the (A)man-made pool, and as far as the House of the Mighty.
17 After him the Levites, under Rehum the son of Bani, made repairs. Next to him Hashabiah, leader of half the district of Keilah, made repairs for his district. 18 After him their brethren, under [b]Bavai the son of Henadad, leader of the other half of the district of Keilah, made repairs.

16 Beyond him, Nehemiah son of Azbuk, ruler of a half-district of Beth Zur,(A) made repairs up to a point opposite the tombs[a](B) of David, as far as the artificial pool and the House of the Heroes.
17 Next to him, the repairs were made by the Levites under Rehum son of Bani. Beside him, Hashabiah, ruler of half the district of Keilah,(C) carried out repairs for his district. 18 Next to him, the repairs were made by their fellow Levites under Binnui[b] son of Henadad, ruler of the other half-district of Keilah.
