Nahum 2:2-4
American Standard Version
2 For Jehovah restoreth the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel; for the emptiers have emptied them out, and destroyed their vine-branches. 3 The shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet: the chariots [a]flash with steel in the day of his preparation, and the [b]cypress spears are brandished. 4 The chariots rage in the streets; they rush to and fro in the broad ways: the appearance of them is like torches; they run like the lightnings.

Nahum 2:2-4
New International Version
2 The Lord will restore(A) the splendor(B) of Jacob
like the splendor of Israel,
though destroyers have laid them waste
and have ruined their vines.
3 The shields of the soldiers are red;
the warriors are clad in scarlet.(C)
The metal on the chariots flashes
on the day they are made ready;
the spears of juniper are brandished.[a]
4 The chariots(D) storm through the streets,
rushing back and forth through the squares.
They look like flaming torches;
they dart about like lightning.
