Nahum 2:12-13

12 The lion tore apart as much prey as his cubs needed and strangled prey to provide food for his lionesses. He filled his lairs with prey and his dens with torn flesh.

13 Beware! I am against you, declares the Lord of Armies. I will burn up your chariots in smoke. The sword will devour your young lions. You will no longer ravage the land. The voices of your messengers will no longer be heard.

12 The lion killed(A) enough for his cubs
    and strangled the prey for his mate,
filling his lairs(B) with the kill
    and his dens with the prey.(C)

13 “I am against(D) you,”
    declares the Lord Almighty.
“I will burn up your chariots in smoke,(E)
    and the sword(F) will devour your young lions.
    I will leave you no prey on the earth.
The voices of your messengers
    will no longer be heard.”(G)
