16 Nations (A)will see and be ashamed
Of all their might.
They will (B)put their hand on their mouth,
Their ears will be deaf.
17 They will (C)lick the dust like a serpent,
Like (D)reptiles of the earth.
They will come (E)trembling out of their [a]fortresses;
To the Lord our God they will come in (F)dread
And they will be afraid before You.
18 Who is a God like You, who (G)pardons iniquity
And passes over the rebellious act of the (H)remnant of His [b]possession?
He does not (I)retain His anger forever,
Because He (J)delights in [c]unchanging love.

You do not stay angry(K) forever
    but delight to show mercy.(L)
