Faithful Service to the Messiah

⁴⁵ “Who then is a faithful and sensible slave,^(A) whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?^(B)

⁴⁷ I assure you: He will put him in charge of all his possessions.

⁴⁴ I tell you the truth: He will put him in charge of all his possessions.

²⁸ You are the ones who stood by Me in My trials.^(A)

² keeping our eyes on Jesus,^[a] the source and perfecter^[b] of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him^[c] endured a cross and despised the shame^(A) and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.
