^2 [a]He said to them in reply, “You see all these things, do you not? Amen, I say to you, there will not be left here a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down.”

⁶¹ who stated, “This man said, ‘I can destroy the temple of God and within three days rebuild it.’”

² Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? There will not be one stone left upon another that will not be thrown down.”
