³⁰ And their eyes were opened. Then Jesus warned them sternly, “Be sure that no one finds out.”^(A)

A House Divided

²² Then a demon-possessed man^(A) who was blind and unable to speak was brought to him. He healed him, so that the man^[a] could both speak and see.^(B)

²⁵ Again Jesus placed his hands on the man’s eyes. The man looked intently and his sight was restored and he saw everything clearly.

⁴² “Receive your sight,”^(A) Jesus told him. “Your faith has saved you.”^(B)

⁷ “Go,” he told him, “wash in the pool of Siloam”^(A) (which means “Sent”). So he left, washed, and came back seeing.^(B)
