² Just then^(A) some men^[a] brought to him a paralytic lying on a stretcher. Seeing their faith, Jesus told the paralytic, “Have courage, son, your sins are forgiven.”^(B)

⁵ Seeing their faith,^(A) Jesus told the paralytic, “Son, your sins^(B) are forgiven.”^(C)

²⁰ Seeing their faith he said, “Friend,^[a] your sins are forgiven.”

¹⁵ The prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up; if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.^(A)
