¹¹ Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?”^(B)

“You have said so,” Jesus replied.

¹⁴ If this report gets to the governor,^(A) we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.”

²⁴ Provide horses for Paul so that he may be taken safely to Governor Felix.”^(A)
