Amplified Bible

33 Peter replied to Him, “Though they all fall away because of You [and doubt and disown You], I will never fall away!”(A) 34 Jesus said to him, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, this night, before a rooster crows, you will [completely] deny Me three times.” 35 Peter said to Jesus, “Even if I have to die with You, I will not deny You!” And all the disciples said the same thing.

34 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.”(A)

35 But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you,(B) I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same.
