29 “Now immediately after the troubles[b] of those days,

‘The sun will be darkened,
    the moon will not reflect its light,
the stars will fall from the sky,
    and the powers from the heavens will be disrupted.’[c]

30 Then the sign that is the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all ‘the tribes of the land[d] will mourn’[e] as they see ‘the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven’[f] with power and great glory.

    and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’[a](B)

30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth[b] will mourn(C) when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven,(D) with power and great glory.[c]
