⁵ Say to the Daughter of Zion [inhabitants of Jerusalem], Behold, your King is coming to you, lowly and riding on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey [a beast of burden].^(A)

¹⁴ And Jesus, having found a young donkey, rode upon it, [just] as it is written in the Scriptures,

¹⁵ Do not fear, O Daughter of Zion! Look! Your King is coming, sitting on a donkey’s colt!^(A)
