14 [a]And Jesus went forth and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.
15 ¶ And when even was come, (A) his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is already past: let the multitude depart, that they may go into the towns, and buy them vittles.
16 But Jesus said to them, They have no need to go away: give ye them to eat.

14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them(A) and healed their sick.(B)
15 As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, “This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food.”
16 Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.”
