²³ When they ^(A)persecute you in one town, ^(B)flee to the next, for truly, I say to you, you will not have gone through all the towns of Israel ^(C)before the Son of Man comes.

²⁸ Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not ^(A)taste death ^(B)until they see the Son of Man ^(C)coming in his kingdom.”

⁵ Therefore ^(A)do not pronounce judgment before the time, ^(B)before the Lord comes, ^(C)who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. ^(D)Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

²⁶ For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death ^(A)until he comes.
