Ang Pulong Sa Dios
Gitawag ni Jesus ang Upat ka Mangingisda
(Mar. 1:16-20; Luc. 5:1-11)
18 Samtang naglakaw si Jesus sa daplin sa Linaw sa Galilea, nakita niya ang managsoon nga si Simon nga gitawag usab ug Pedro ug si Andres nga nagtaktak ug pukot kay mga mangingisda man kini sila. 19 Miingon si Jesus kanila, “Sunod kamo kanako ug dili na isda ang inyong pangitaon, kay tudloan ko kamo sa pagpangisda ug mga tawo.” 20 Diha-diha gibiyaan nila ang ilang mga pukot ug misunod kaniya.
21 Human niadto, mipadayon si Jesus sa paglakaw, ug sa unahan nakita niya ang managsoon nga si Santiago ug si Juan nga mga anak ni Zebede. Silang duha kauban sa ilang amahan nga nagaayo sa ilang pukot didto sa sakayan. Gitawag ni Jesus ang managsoon, 22 ug diha-diha gibiyaan nila ang ilang sakayan ug ang ilang amahan ug misunod sila kang Jesus.

Jesus Calls His First Disciples(A)
18 As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee,(B) he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter(C) and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. 19 “Come, follow me,”(D) Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.” 20 At once they left their nets and followed him.(E)
21 Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother John.(F) They were in a boat with their father Zebedee, preparing their nets. Jesus called them, 22 and immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him.(G)
