6 And you will-certainly[a] hear-of wars and rumors of wars. See[b] that you are not alarmed! For they must take place, but it is not yet the end. 7 For nation will arise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 But all these things are[c] a beginning of birth-pains.
