Ang Pulong Sang Dios
Gintagna ni Jesus nga Ipanginwala Siya ni Pedro(A)
31 Nagsiling si Jesus sa ila, “Karon sa gab-i tanan kamo magabiya sa akon, kay nagsiling ang Dios sa Kasulatan, ‘Patyon ko ang manugbantay sang mga karnero, kag magaalaplaag ang mga karnero.’[a] 32 Pero sa tapos nga mabanhaw ako, mauna ako sa inyo didto sa Galilea.” 33 Nagsiling si Pedro kay Jesus, “Bisan sila tanan magbiya sa imo, ako indi gid!” 34 Nagsiling si Jesus sa iya, “Sa pagkamatuod, sa sini nga gab-i, sa wala pa makapamalo ang manok, ipanginwala mo ako sing tatlo ka beses.” 35 Nagsabat si Pedro, “Indi ko gid ikaw ipanginwala bisan patyon pa nila ako upod sa imo!” Amo man ang ginsiling sang tanan nga sumulunod.

Jesus Predicts Peter’s Denial(A)
31 Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me,(B) for it is written:
32 But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”(D)
33 Peter replied, “Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.”
34 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.”(E)
35 But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you,(F) I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same.

30 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “today—yes, tonight—before the rooster crows twice[b] you yourself will disown me three times.”(D)
31 But Peter insisted emphatically, “Even if I have to die with you,(E) I will never disown you.” And all the others said the same.

31 Dayon naghambal si Jesus kay Pedro, “Simon, pamati bala! Naglisensya si Satanas nga tilawan gid niya kamo.[a] 32 Pero ginpangamuyuan ko gid ikaw nga indi madula ang imo pagtuo. Kag kon makapanumbalik ka na, palig-unon mo ang pagtuo sang imo mga utod.” 33 Nagsabat si Pedro, “Ginoo, handa gid ako nga mag-unong sa imo bisan sa prisohan ukon sa kamatayon.” 34 Nagsiling si Jesus sa iya, “Pedro, sugiran ko ikaw sing matuod, sa wala pa makapamalo ang manok karon nga gab-i ipanginwala mo ako sing tatlo ka beses nga wala ka makakilala sa akon.”
