Ang Pagbalhin Sang Dagway ni Jesus(A)
17 Pagligad sang anom ka adlaw gindala ni Jesus si Pedro kag ang mag-utod nga si Santiago kag si Juan sa mataas nga bukid nga silahanon lang. 2 Samtang nagatulok sila kay Jesus, nagbalhin ang iya dagway. Ang iya guya nagsilak pareho sang adlaw, kag ang iya bayo nagputi nga nagasilak. 3 Hinali lang nakita nila si Moises kag si Elias nga nagapakigsugilanon sa iya. 4 Dayon nagsiling si Pedro kay Jesus, “Ginoo, maayo nga ari kami[a] diri. Kon luyag mo, mahimo ako diri sing tatlo ka payag, ang isa para sa imo, ang isa para kay Moises, kag ang isa pa gid para kay Elias.” 5 Wala pa siya makatapos hambal ginlikupan sila sang masilaw nga panganod. Kag may nabatian sila nga tingog halin sa panganod nga nagasiling, “Amo ini ang akon hinigugma nga Anak. Nalipay gid ako sa iya. Pamatii ninyo siya!” 6 Pagkabati sadto sang mga sumulunod, nagluhod sila sa tuman nga kahadlok. 7 Ginpalapitan sila ni Jesus kag gintandog nga nagasiling, “Tindog kamo! Indi kamo magkahadlok!” 8 Sang pagtangla nila wala sila sing iban nga nakita didto kundi si Jesus gid lang.

17 After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John(C) the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. 2 There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light. 3 Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.
4 Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”
5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.(D) Listen to him!”(E)
6 When the disciples heard this, they fell facedown to the ground, terrified. 7 But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.”(F) 8 When they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus.

Mahimo kami sing tatlo ka payag, ang isa para sa imo, ang isa para kay Moises, kag ang isa pa gid para kay Elias.” 6 Amo ini ang iya ginsiling kay indi siya kahibalo kon ano ang iya dapat ihambal tungod kay ginkulbaan gid sila. 7 Dayon may nag-abot nga panganod kag ginlikupan sila. Kag may nabatian sila nga tingog halin sa panganod nga nagasiling, “Amo ini ang akon hinigugma nga Anak. Pamatii ninyo siya!” 8 Sa gilayon nagtulok sila sa palibot, pero wala sila sing may nakita kundi si Jesus lang.

There he was transfigured before them. 3 His clothes became dazzling white,(D) whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. 4 And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus.
5 Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi,(E) it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” 6 (He did not know what to say, they were so frightened.)
7 Then a cloud appeared and covered them, and a voice came from the cloud:(F) “This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!”(G)
8 Suddenly, when they looked around, they no longer saw anyone with them except Jesus.
