⁵ Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi,^(A) it’s good^(B) for us to be here. Let’s set up three shelters:^(C) one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah”—

⁵¹ Then Jesus answered him, “What do you want^(A) me to do for you?”

“Rabboni,”^[a](B) the blind man said to him, “I want to see.”

³⁸ When Jesus turned and noticed them following him, he asked them, “What are you looking for?”

They said to him, “Rabbi”^(A) (which means “Teacher”), “where are you staying?”

⁴⁹ “Rabbi,”^(A) Nathanael replied, “You are the Son^(B) of God; you are the King of Israel!” ^(C)
