33 But the people saw them when they departed, and many knew him, and ran afoot thither out of all cities, and came thither before them, and assembled unto him.
34 (A)Then Jesus went out, and saw a great multitude, and had compassion on them, because they were like sheep which had no shepherd: (B)and he began to teach them many things.
35 (C)And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, saying, This is a desert place, and now the day is far passed.

33 But many who saw them leaving recognized them and ran on foot from all the towns and got there ahead of them. 34 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd.(A) So he began teaching them many things.
35 By this time it was late in the day, so his disciples came to him. “This is a remote place,” they said, “and it’s already very late.
