The Voice
12 And so His disciples went out into the countryside, preaching the changed life[a] as Jesus had taught them, 13 casting out unclean spirits and anointing the sick with oil to heal them.
14 Jesus had become so well known that King Herod received reports of all that Jesus was doing. Some were saying[b] that John the Baptist[c] had been raised from the dead and that these mighty works were the fruits of his resurrection.

14 King Herod heard about this, for Jesus’ name had become well known. Some were saying,[a] “John the Baptist(E) has been raised from the dead, and that is why miraculous powers are at work in him.”
