They were pleased and agreed to give him some money. So Judas promised to do it. He kept looking for an opportunity to betray Jesus to them when there was no crowd.

They were delighted and agreed to give him money.(D) He consented, and watched for an opportunity to hand Jesus over to them when no crowd was present.

And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.

And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
