¹⁸ The chief priests and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking for a way to kill him, for they feared him,^(A) because the whole crowd was amazed at his teaching.^(B)

The Fellowship of the Believers

⁴² They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching^(A) and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread^(B) and to prayer.^(C)

¹⁹ Then they took him and brought him to a meeting of the Areopagus,^(A) where they said to him, “May we know what this new teaching^(B) is that you are presenting?
