23 Just then a man with an unclean(A) spirit(B) was in their synagogue.(C) He cried out, 24 “What do you have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth?(D) Have you come to destroy(E) us? I know who you are—the Holy(F) One of God!” (G)

25 Jesus rebuked(H) him saying, “Be silent,(I) and come out of him!” 26 And the unclean spirit threw him into convulsions,(J) shouted with a loud voice, and came out of him.

27 They were all amazed,(K) and so they began to ask(L) each other, “What is this? A new teaching(M) with authority![a](N) He commands even the unclean(O) spirits,(P) and they obey him.”
