2 If you will not listen, and if you will not take it to heart to give honor to My name, says the Lord of Hosts, I will send a curse on you and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, because you do not take it to heart.
3 I rebuke your descendants, and spread refuse on your faces, the refuse of your solemn feasts, and you will be taken away with it. 4 And you will know that I have sent this command to you, that My covenant with Levi may remain, says the Lord of Hosts.

2 If you do not listen,(A) and if you do not resolve to honor(B) my name,” says the Lord Almighty, “I will send a curse(C) on you, and I will curse your blessings.(D) Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honor me.
3 “Because of you I will rebuke your descendants[a]; I will smear on your faces the dung(E) from your festival sacrifices, and you will be carried off with it.(F) 4 And you will know that I have sent you this warning so that my covenant with Levi(G) may continue,” says the Lord Almighty.
