2 If you will not listen, and if you will not take it to heart[a] to give glory to my name,” says Yahweh of hosts, “then I will send the curse on you, and I will curse your blessings; moreover I have already cursed them because you are not taking it to heart.[b] 3 Look! I am going to rebuke your offspring,[c] and I will scatter offal on your faces, the offal of your religious feasts, and you will be carried to it.[d]
4 “Then you will know that I have sent to you this command, that my covenant with Levi continues,”[e] says Yahweh of hosts.

2 If you do not listen,(A) and if you do not resolve to honor(B) my name,” says the Lord Almighty, “I will send a curse(C) on you, and I will curse your blessings.(D) Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honor me.
3 “Because of you I will rebuke your descendants[a]; I will smear on your faces the dung(E) from your festival sacrifices, and you will be carried off with it.(F) 4 And you will know that I have sent you this warning so that my covenant with Levi(G) may continue,” says the Lord Almighty.
