Luke 9:20

²⁰Then^[a] he said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter^[b] answered,^[c] “The Christ^[d] of God.”

Luke 9:20 tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the narrative.
Luke 9:20 tn Here δέ (de) has not been translated.
Luke 9:20 tn Grk “Peter answering, said.” This is redundant in contemporary English and has been simplified to “Peter answered.”
