A Man with a Withered Hand Healed

Now it happened that on another Sabbath he entered into the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there, and his right hand was withered. So the scribes and the Pharisees were watching closely[a] to see if he would heal on the Sabbath, in order that they could find a reason[b] to accuse him.
