18 And they that were vexed with foul spirits, and they were healed.
19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all:
20 ¶ (A)[a]And he lifted up his eyes upon his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.

New International Version
18 who had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. Those troubled by impure spirits were cured, 19 and the people all tried to touch him,(A) because power was coming from him and healing them all.(B)
20 Looking at his disciples, he said:
“Blessed are you who are poor,
for yours is the kingdom of God.(C)
