20 (A)and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered Him to be condemned to death, and crucified Him. 21 But we were hoping (B)that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, today is the third day since these things happened. 22 Yes, and (C)certain women of our company, who arrived at the tomb early, astonished us.

20 The chief priests and our rulers(A) handed him over to be sentenced to death, and they crucified him; 21 but we had hoped that he was the one who was going to redeem Israel.(B) And what is more, it is the third day(C) since all this took place. 22 In addition, some of our women amazed us.(D) They went to the tomb early this morning
